You’re Invited to Haymarket Day!

Parking: To be directed at each end of town (the main road will be closed for a period of time).
Haymarket Day – 2009 is upon us!! Did you know that the town of Haymarket in Virginia has a day to show off? It is held in downtown, Haymarket, Virginia, and helps to showcase not only the town, but the various businesses and organizations that help build the fabric of the town. This fun day is designed for the whole family including:
- Parade down Main Street at 10am (Washington Street – Will be closed to traffic)
- Live Animal Show at 11:30am (Demo Side Stage)
- U.S. Navy Band Commodores at 12:30pm (Main Stage)
- Pony Rides at 1-4pm (The Green)
- Haymarket Exhibitors and Crafters
- And much, much more!
Please join us, Morvay Web Works, at our booth within the vendor area where we join 90 exhibitors! We will be located on the Harrover House property, on Washington Street (Main Street), right next to the police station. We’ll be on the lawn, 4th row back from the road, about the middle of the row.
Please bring your questions regarding domain registration, web hosting, content management systems, e-mail marketing systems, SSL certificates and anything web related! Get your questions answered regarding your current site, web involvement, or what is required with setting up a site that will represent your business. While we can do the site saving you time, we can also consult / direct your activities so you can save a bundle doing the work yourself. Hire us, and we can teach you how to update your site, what is needed for Search Engine Optimization or how to code HTML.
In addition we will have information regarding Open Source software that you may install on your computer (mostly Windows, Linux and some Mac) for FREE! This isn’t software that will require payment down the road, but is called Open Source so that anyone may use it freely for as long as they like, as much as they like, for any activity they like. Many people don’t know about this movement on the internet, but it has a strong following and is 100% legal!!

Hello,
Morvay Web Works is pleased to announce the finalization of our new blog! This custom blog was created to match our web site look and feel, and allows visitors to seamlessly go from one to the other! We will be covering various topics and have been planning to cover items in a How Do format (How do I do this, How do I do that?). We’ve had extensive experience creating user guides, and these posts will be very similar in nature making them easy to follow and understand.
In addition, please consider this as your invitation to our weekly BNI meeting held in downtown Haymarket. Giuseppes has been the meeting location, and we use the conference room upstairs from the restaurant. Breakfast is included so please, send a note to Dan so we know you are coming. Then bring a bunch of business cards, enough information about your business so you can talk about it in front of the group for 60 seconds, and in most cases prepare for members to request your services. You’ll be allowed 2 visits then will have to join if you want to continue attending.
Lastly, Haymarket Day – 2009 is upon us! We will be in the vendor location on main street (where all the vendors are) towards the middle of the 2nd row from the street. We will have information on domain registration, web hosting options, with content management systems described starting with simple ones that can help get a starter site going, through complete customization and creation of a personal content management system to where you can change your content 24×7 as much as you like.
