- To perform and provide the agreed upon services in a timely manner.
- To promptly inform the client of any circumstances that will delay the completion of their work.
- To ensure the client understands the features and functionality of his or her site.
- To provide the client with all of the IDs and passwords necessary to administer the site.
- If any of the above items are not completed to the client’s satisfaction, then the work performed will be undone to the original state and the client’s 50% estimation fee refunded with no additional payment required.
Terms and Conditions
If any of the above items are not completed to the client’s satisfaction, the client must notify Morvay Web Works immediately so the company can correct the issue(s) within a reasonable period of time. In the event the issue(s) is/are not corrected within a reasonable period of time, Morvay Web Works will refund the client his or her initial fee, return the site to its original state, and require no additional payment from the client.
If the client requests additions and/or revisions outside the scope of the originally agreed upon services, the client must understand that additional fees and charges will apply and the completion of the site will be delayed. The revised pricing and timeline will be communicated to the client in a timely manner, and in the event the client decides not to pay the additional fees, the additional work will not be preformed; however, the client will still be responsible to pay for the originally agreed upon services.
In the event the guarantee is enacted, all items provided by the client remain the sole property of the client, all items provided or created by Morvay Web Works remains the property of Morvay Web Works.
